Shipping and handling

The times displayed on the site indicate the time of sending the product. It may be affected by many events beyond our control. We suggest that the product be ordered early in case it is needed as a birthday gift.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated on working days as follows

Tripoli City:

From Monday to Thursday, orders for the previous day are shipped with orders for the same day, provided that they are requested before ten o'clock in the morning, excluding official holidays and holidays and any delay resulting from outside our control. - On Friday, there is no delivery. All Friday orders will be delivered on Saturday.

On Sundays, orders from the previous day that were ordered before four o'clock in the evening will be delivered. Any order placed on Saturday after 4:00 pm will be delivered on Monday

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Changes to your shipping address cannot be made after the order is completed, the company is not responsible for lost parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Non-receipt of orders must be reported within a month of the date they were shipped. After this time we will not be able to replace or provide any compensation.

Can I order from Nazika if I am outside Libya?

Unfortunately, at the present time, we cannot provide an application outside the country of Libya.

Where do we deliver: · We provide delivery service to all Libyan cities, while still rejecting any order from specific cities due to the security situation.

What are the delivery companies that Nazika deals with:

Currently we are dealing with a shipping company specified by the company. In the event that the customer wants to use a different shipping company, please choose the button specified for shipping by the buyer.
